Sessions:
- Initial Assessment: 60 minutes
- Follow Up Appointments: 30-45 minutes
- One-Time Consultation: 20-60 minutes
Payment Options:
- Health Insurance (many insurance packages cover Dietitian services)
- Standard Fee for Initial Assessment: $130 per 1 hour
- Standard Fee for Follow Up Appointment: $60 per 30 minutes
- Sliding Scale/Pay What You Can option available

I use a personalized approach based on individual medical history, social context, food and personal preferences and your personal goals to determine the best plan of action.Nutrition assessment and counselling include discussions of personal relationship with food, exercise, sleep habits and stress management among others.
